Take the reader on a journey that will give them the opportunity to know about you and what you are made of. In other words, talk a bit on how you got to where you are now as to your desire of helping others reach their best healthier self.

You may also include scenes from your childhood where a healthy living may have been already percolating within yourself as something you knew you would pursue some day in the future. It’s always smart to bring forth positive aspects of your life, not necessarily that it was all perfect, but positive. 

Make sure to take the readers on a journey that has a beginning, a middle and a continuing journey to where you are now, as well as leaving some space for the reader to digest what you are conveying. So, the content does not have to be detailed, but light and uplifting.
